Welcome to Five Star Max (fivestarmax.pk), operated by Five Star Foam. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are a minor accessing the site under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable Pakistani law.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on fivestarmax.pk are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. Five Star Max reserves the right to:

Correct any pricing or description errors without prior notice
Cancel or modify an order where a pricing error has been identified, with a full refund to the customer
Update product specifications as manufacturing improvements are made

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders placed on fivestarmax.pk are subject to acceptance and product availability. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance via SMS, email, or phone.

Payment must be made through the methods available at checkout. We currently accept bank transfer, cash on delivery (where available), and other methods as listed on the website. Order processing begins after payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Five Star Max is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund Policy governs all return and refund requests and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

Refund requests must be raised within the specified timeframe from the date of delivery
Products must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact
Damaged or defective products reported immediately on delivery are eligible for replacement or refund
Customized orders are non-refundable unless defective

6. Intellectual Property

All content on fivestarmax.pk — including but not limited to brand names, logos, product images, written copy, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Five Star Foam and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Five Star Max and Five Star Foam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from:

Use of or inability to use our website or products
Errors or inaccuracies in website content
Delays in delivery due to third-party logistics providers

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
